Given that people skim ads when reading, Realtors should use bullet points to list their strengths.
Other effective tools in ads:
- Client testimonials in their ads
- A promise that their service is good enough to offer a guarantee
- A call to action
- A sense of urgency– prospects should feel as if they’ll miss out if they don’t act now.
